recently there are raising numbers of LOST normal mails incidents. Some customers chosen to have normal postage and ended up not receiving their items at all even though we posted them out at yishun central sing post office. I am so sorry to all those customers that encountered this bad experience, but there is really nothing we Dezire Fashionz can do about it. We tried to call up singpost but singpost replied that for lost normal mails, they also cant do anything, cos they can't trace the location of the items. So we do appeal to all our customers out there to really make proper decisions on the postage choices. And ensure that your shipping address in your account is accurate in order to prevent lost mails from happening again. Thank you for all of your attention.
